Exchanges & Returns

EXCHANGE POLICY:
At Lujain Hijabs, we prioritize customer satisfaction. If you wish to exchange a product, our support team is here to guide you every step of the way.

  • Exchange Validity: You may request an exchange within 4 days of receiving your order, provided you have proof of purchase.
  • Proof of Purchase: A confirmation email or order invoice will be required.
  • Conditions for Exchange: Items must be unused, with original tags, intact packaging, and accompanied by the original invoice.
    Valid reasons for exchange include receiving the wrong item, incorrect size, or a defective product. Items packed in boxes (e.g. Abayas) must be returned in the same packaging.
  • Note: Color or design variations due to screen differences or lighting do not qualify as valid reasons for exchange.

Exchange Process:

  • Exchanges are processed within 7–10 working days once verified.
  • If the item is defective or incorrect, it will be picked up from your location. For other reasons (e.g. sizing issues), customers are required to send the product back to our warehouse.
  • Items purchased during sales or on discounted prices are not eligible for exchange, except in special cases. Sale item exchanges may also take longer than usual.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We do not offer returns at Lujain Hijabs. However, exchanges are available as per the conditions above.

Refunds are not provided in cash. If a refund is granted in an exceptional case, it will be issued as a store credit coupon of the same value, usable on our online store.

ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase by contacting us directly.
Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. A confirmation email will be sent once your order is dispatched. After delivery, our standard exchange policy will apply.
