1. What materials are your hijabs made from?

We offer a variety of hijabs including Georgette Chiffon, Silk, and Cashmere. Each product description mentions the fabric type and its recommended use for seasons or occasions.

 

2. How long does delivery take?

Orders are dispatched the next day after placement. Delivery takes 24–48 hours in major cities of Punjab and 3–6 days in other cities or provinces of Pakistan.

 

3. Is delivery free?

Free delivery is only available on select products. If a product qualifies for free delivery, it will be clearly mentioned on the product page.

 

4. How can I exchange an item?

Exchanges are accepted within 4 days of delivery. The item must be unused, with tags and original packaging intact. Please email us at lujainhijabs@gmail.com with your order number and reason for exchange.

 

5. Can I return a product and get a refund?

We do not offer returns. However, in special cases, a refund may be issued as a store credit coupon valid for future purchases.

 

6. What if I received a wrong or defective item?

In case of any incorrect or faulty product, please contact us with pictures and your order details. We’ll arrange a pickup and send you the correct item as soon as possible.

 

7. How can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. Simply email us at lujainhijabs@gmail.com with your order number to request cancellation.
